Werner Petrick

General Manager

Werner joined Industrial Tube in April 2021 and was appointed General Manager in 2024, responsible for the New Zealand operations. His previous role was Production Manager.

Werner has extensive experience, with almost 30 years production and operations management experience in the steel tube manufacturing industry.

Werner holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Industrial) and Masters of Business Administration, both from Stellenbosch University.

Mike Posa

Kiwifruit and Pip Fruit Sales Manager

Mike offers technical advice for growers considering new developments or preparing for the growth and weight that comes with grafting golden or red onto green in their existing orchards.

Andy Forgesson

Vineyard Sales Manager

Andy joined Ag-Steel in September 2025 after returning to New Zealand from the UK and entered his role as Business Development Manager covering both Viticulture and Horticulture.

Andy has experience in vineyard management, vineyard grower relations and operations management in a FMCG role.

Andy studied at Lincoln University completing a Bachelor of Viticulture & Oenology, Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Sciences (Horticulture) & Postgraduate Certificate in Agri-Commerce.

Karl McInnes

Sales and Operations Manager

Karl joined Industrial Tube in 2017 and has a critical role in the business as the connection between Sales and Operations.

Karl and his team work with customers to provide timely and accurate pricing for projects, through to ensuring the smooth end-to-end process management, with the ultimate goal being customer satisfaction.

Peter Donohue

Business Development Manager - TGF Holdings Ltd

Peter joined TGF Holdings in 2019 and supports each of the group’s divisions with market strategies, customer engagement and new product development.

Peter’s experience includes site management of national distribution centres, national product, and supply chain management in the steel industry.

Peter had a long career with the Steel & Tube Group holding senior roles as National Supply Chain Manager, Regional Manager and National Product Manager.
